About the role
Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant to join its skilled nursing team in Lancaster County. You'll provide hands-on daily care for residents across day, evening, night, or pool/PRN shifts, with flexibility to work part-time or full-time. Responsibilities
- Help residents with everyday personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Respond promptly to resident needs in a way that protects their dignity and overall well-being
- Keep resident living spaces clean and safe while encouraging as much independence as possible
- Deliver a warm, attentive level of service that residents and families can count on
- Work as part of a caring, collaborative nursing team
Requirements
- Active, valid Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable, accurate, and self-motivated, with strong teamwork skills
