About the role
Dental365 is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist for its Dental Care Hillsborough practice in New Jersey — currently with a $5,000 welcoming bonus. You'll work in a modern, compliance-focused office with unhurried one-hour recall appointments, delivering concierge-level hygiene care without production quotas. Pay is $50–$55/hour plus quarterly performance bonuses, with a flexible schedule (Saturday availability strongly preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide concierge-level hygiene care with excellent chairside manner
- Screen for periodontal disease and signs of oral cancer
- Take x-rays and intraoral images and document detailed patient histories
- Perform cleanings per the dentist's treatment plan and coach patients on at-home care
Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in NJ
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- Strong knowledge of hygiene procedures, screening and documentation
- Saturday availability highly preferred
