About the role
Mosaic Dental Collective is hiring a part-time Registered Dental Hygienist for the Ronald C. Lee, DDS practice in Sacramento, CA. Working one day a week (Thursdays), you'll handle cleanings, scaling, and root planing, and walk patients through preventive care inside a small, patient-focused office that pays well above typical area hygienist rates.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleanings, scaling, and root planing for patients
- Take and read dental x-rays to support diagnosis and treatment planning
- Walk patients through preventive oral-health guidance in an approachable way
- Work alongside the dentist and dental assistants to keep patient care seamless
- Document treatment accurately and help maintain a safe, comfortable clinical environment
Requirements
- Active California RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist) license
- Solid clinical technique paired with a gentle chairside manner
- Genuine interest in patient rapport and putting people at ease
- Detail-oriented and comfortable collaborating with the rest of the dental team
- Dentrix or Open Dental experience is a plus, not required
