About the role
Raising Cane's is hiring a Restaurant Manager for its Santa Barbara location. As manager on duty, you'll run the shift end to end — opening or closing the store, directing the crew, keeping cash handling tight, and making sure every guest gets the standard of service Raising Cane's is known for.
Responsibilities
- Serve as manager on duty for opening or closing shifts
- Direct and support crew members throughout the shift
- Handle and account for cash accurately
- Enforce company policies and food-safety standards
- Deliver strong guest service and recognize standout crew performance
- Authorize employee transactions such as discounts and timeclock overrides
- Maintain a clean, fully functioning restaurant and equipment
Requirements
- At least 1 year of restaurant or retail management experience
- Minimum age 18
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with MS Office
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Willing to complete company training
