About the role

It's a remote, inbound-call role with rotating shifts between 6am and 10pm Eastern, including some weekends and holidays, plus three weeks of paid orientation before you take calls on your own.

- Give callers clear next steps and answer questions about medications, symptoms, and diagnostic tests
- Work rotating shifts covering 6am-10pm Eastern, including every other weekend
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- At least 3 years of recent clinical RN experience (ER, urgent care, pediatrics, OB/GYN, ortho, or ICU backgrounds preferred)

- A private, HIPAA-compliant home office with your own computer, second monitor, wired headset, webcam, and hardwired internet
- Must pass a background check and drug screening before starting
