About the role
Brightstone Therapy, a family-run ABA provider, is hiring a BCBA or BCaBA to lead autism therapy services out of its Jacksonville, Florida clinics. The role blends clinical assessment, treatment planning, and RBT supervision across clinic, home, and school settings, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and build individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and coach RBTs delivering ABA therapy
- Deliver ABA services across clinic, home, and school settings
- Partner with families and care teams on treatment progress
- Track client progress using the company's data platform
- Keep documentation and billing aligned with ethical and payor requirements
Requirements
- Active BCBA or BCaBA certification required
- ABA clinical experience preferred, not mandatory
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable working on multidisciplinary care teams
- Medicaid/Tricare credentialing a plus
