About the role
Granite State ABA Services, a Patterns Behavioral Services company, is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician to deliver school-based ABA support to students ages 2–21 in the Wolfeboro, NH area. You'll work school hours under the direction of a supervising BCBA, helping students build skills and reach their individualized goals.
Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment goals and behavior-reduction strategies designed by the supervising BCBA
- Coach students through practicing new skills and replacement behaviors in the school setting
- Assist with daily living and personal-care routines, including toileting and hygiene support
- Record session data accurately and complete all required documentation
- Report student progress and concerns to the BCBA and the broader school team
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working with children
- Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
- Comfortable following individualized behavior plans and documenting sessions precisely
- Willing to travel to assigned sites 15–60 minutes away
- RBT certification preferred; paid training provided for candidates without it
