About the role
Backpack Healthcare is looking for a licensed therapist to provide telehealth counseling to children, teens, and families across Virginia on a part-time basis. You set your own schedule around a caseload of roughly 15-22 sessions a week, with full credentialing and supervision support behind you.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy to children, teens, and families across Virginia
- Conduct intakes and build trauma-informed treatment plans
- Manage a part-time caseload of roughly 15–22 sessions per week
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team
- Maintain documentation in the practice's EHR and coordinate with families as needed
Requirements
- Active Virginia license (LPC, LPC-R, LCSW, or LMSW)
- Experience working with children, teens, and families
- Comfortable delivering care fully via telehealth
- Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus
What we offer
- $65/billable hour (LCSW or LPC, fully licensed)
- $45/billable hour (LMSW or LPC-R, with supervision provided)
